What fails most often in this area

Technical diagnosis in the M30 Central.

Beyond the general cases, this is what we see most frequently in homes in this specific area.

Ducted air conditioning without touching mouldings or high ceilings

Cause
In pre-war and Ensanche-era buildings, the false-ceiling void available to house ductwork is much narrower than in new-build homes, and the original mouldings limit where each branch run can pass.
Effect
If the project isn't calculated to fit, the usual result is a false ceiling that drops the living room too low, poorly placed grilles, or a chipped moulding that can never be restored quite the same way.
Prevention
Carry out a survey of ceiling heights and duct routing before touching the ceiling, not during the works.
ANNA's diagnosis
ANNA's Home Passport for each property documents the real clear height room by room, and the duct layout is designed to leave mouldings and cornices intact.

EV charging point in a shared garage

Cause
A shared garage doesn't work the same way as a private one: the installation hangs off a shared consumer unit, the main supply line has to be sized accordingly, and it almost always has to go through the residents' association first.
Effect
Without that step, the installation gets stuck at the residents' meeting, or is carried out with poorly calculated power that can't support several chargers at once as the number of EV spaces grows.
Prevention
Design the installation in accordance with ITC-BT-52 from the very first charging point, already allowing for the garage's future expansion and not just your own space.
ANNA's diagnosis
ANNA presents the residents' association with a technical project under ITC-BT-52, including power distribution and an agreed execution SLA, ready for approval at the meeting.

Increasing power supply and certifying full renovations

Cause
When renovating an older flat to add an induction hob, a heat pump and air conditioning all at once, the contracted power and the original installation — designed for different consumption — suddenly fall short.
Effect
Without regularising the installation, the main breaker (ICP) starts tripping day to day or, further down the line, problems arise registering new supplies for lack of an up-to-date electrical certificate (CIE).
Prevention
Calculate the power needed for all planned equipment — not just what's installed in the first phase — before finalising the renovation project.
ANNA's diagnosis
ANNA calculates the total projected load, carries out the power upgrade where needed, and processes the electrical certificate (CIE) as part of the same project.
