Electricians and climate-control technicians with their professional licences (REBT, RITE and fluorinated gases). They are the people of ANNA and the ones who care for your home. The whole team is trained and equipped with the resources and means needed to guarantee a relationship with ANNA free of surprises and uncertainty. We take the paperwork off their hands and give them smart tools and resources, so they can spend their time on what they do best: their technical work in your home.

Everyone who works in your home holds the official professional licence the law requires for their trade: the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (Royal Decree 842/2002) for electrical work, the Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings (Royal Decree 1027/2007) for air conditioning and heating, and the fluorinated gas handling certificate (Royal Decree 115/2017). ANNA is registered as a licensed installation company with the Community of Madrid and, as those same regulations require of every installation company, holds civil liability insurance. We select each technician by verifying their licence and their trade, and every job is supervised: photos on arrival and on leaving, a visit report and your rating. Each one works with the methodology developed by ANNA: the same diagnostic method, the same order of work and the same way of documenting each home, visit after visit. They grow with a career plan and continuous training, because installations, equipment and regulations evolve, and our team evolves with them.

Why ANNA exists

We have all been there: calling a technician and waiting for a call back, a quote that changes on arrival, someone who comes "to have a look" and has to return another day for the part. For years people said this trade was a matter of hands and trust, and that technology had little to offer. They were half right.

Hands remain irreplaceable. But everything around those hands, answering right away, understanding the problem from a few photos, preparing the visit, bringing the right materials, explaining the invoice, remembering what your home is like, could be done much, much better. So we trained an artificial intelligence team to take care of all that, so the technician arrives at your door already knowing, and spends their time on what only a person can do.
