2. Use of automated and artificial intelligence systems

ANNA uses artificial intelligence systems and automated conversational agents to handle phone calls and WhatsApp messaging. In compliance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), users are expressly informed that, during their first phone or WhatsApp interaction, they may be communicating with an automated or AI system rather than directly with a person. Users may request to be transferred to a human agent at any time.

• Minimal data linkage: quotes and Economic Commitment Reports (ICE) are generated using only the data strictly necessary and voluntarily provided by the user (the calling phone number, name, and service address).
• Validity of the ICE: expressly confirming the service, or paying the visit fee through the enabled payment gateways (Stripe), constitutes tacit and unambiguous acceptance of the economic terms detailed in that report, sent by WhatsApp or email.
• Input errors: ANNA is not liable for service shortcomings arising from incorrect or incomplete location data provided by the user during the automated call.

3. Security and technician identification protocol

To guarantee user safety (legitimate interest under the GDPR) and prevent fraud from unlicensed impersonators, ANNA will notify the client exclusively via WhatsApp of the identity of the assigned professional before the visit.

• This notification will always include the technician's name, their corporate mobile number, and the official vehicle's details (make, model, and licence plate).
• The data provided belongs strictly to the assigned technician's corporate and professional capacity, and is used solely to correctly carry out the home technical assistance contract.

4. Sales, payment, and cancellation conditions

The integrated payment gateways (Stripe) securely process, in euros (€), payment of the standard visit and diagnostic fee.

• Right of withdrawal: the user accepts that, when requesting urgent home technical assistance, the service begins to be carried out from the moment a technician is assigned and the ICE is issued.
• Cancellation: if the client cancels the service after the corporate technician has already set off toward the address provided, the amount paid for the visit will not be refundable, due to the partial performance of the requested service.

5. Intellectual and industrial property
