Sizing the system by zone stops the ground floor, more used during the day, competing for the same energy as the bedrooms upstairs.

The installation is integrated without disturbing the garden design or pool area, with well-positioned outdoor units and zone control that matches actual consumption to whichever part of the house is in use.

The private garage allows us to install the electric vehicle charging point in accordance with ITC-BT-52 without depending on third parties, with a dedicated circuit that doesn't compete with the rest of the house's consumption. In chalets with a pool, automatic irrigation and full climate control, we also review the contracted power to make sure everything runs without restrictions or supply interruptions at times of peak use.

Cause: In chalets with a climate-controlled indoor pool, dehumidification is often sized only for the volume of the room, without accounting for the actual evaporation from the heated pool.
Effect: Condensation on the pool room's glazing and window frames and, in prolonged cases, damp that affects nearby finishes and structures.
Prevention: Size the dehumidifier according to the water temperature and pool surface area, not just the room's volume in cubic metres.
