Your home's Technical Passport, explained.
Illustrative example with fictional sample data.
Every home we care for has its own Technical Passport: a living document that brings together, in one place, the property's address, the overall condition of its installations, and the history of every service ANNA has carried out.
The technical health index you see in the header isn't a random figure: it's calculated from the condition of the installed equipment, the frequency of maintenance, and the results of the most recent inspections. It's a quick way to know, at a glance, whether your home is up to date.
Below the header you'll find the active technical inventory — the equipment ANNA has on record in your home — the service record with the date and technician responsible for each visit, and the active certifications for your installations, such as the electrical certificate or the RITE (Spain's heating and cooling installations regulation) climate-control certification.
Illustrative example with fictional data (sample property, owner, dates and equipment). Does not correspond to a real ANNA client.
