When ANNA installs or inspects a piece of equipment in your home — an air-source heat pump, a solar inverter, a home battery — the corresponding warranty is recorded alongside it, with its expiry date and the type of coverage: manufacturer, installation or performance.

So if something fails within the warranty period, there's no need to hunt down the original invoice or remember when it was installed: your Technical Passport already holds that information, linked to your home.

This report also keeps the property's active technical inventory, service record and active certifications, so all the technical context stays in one place.
