When your home has generation equipment (solar panels, for example) or high-efficiency climate control, your Technical Passport includes a dedicated energy efficiency section: consumption versus generation, estimated savings for the period, and the energy rating of the installation as a whole.

These aren't generic market figures: they're calculated from the actual equipment registered in your home and the data collected during each technical visit.

This is the most complete view of the Technical Passport: it also includes the property's equipment inventory, service record, active warranties and current certifications.
